Cancellation/No Show Policy
If you need to cancel an appointment, please contact our scheduler at (760) 205-3394 or email info@holdentimelessbeauty.com, 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time. All cancellations, no shows, and rescheduled appointments (under 24 hours) will be charged our minimum service fee of $150. By scheduling an appointment you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
Appointment Reminder Policy
As a courtesy to our clients, we will send a confirmation text and email 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Should the appointment reminder system fail to reach you for any reason and you do not receive an appointment reminder, it is still your responsibility to manage your appointment and adhere to the cancellation/no show policy.
