Medical Director, Master Injector & CEO
Dr. Amanda Holden was born in Santa Cruz, California, and has been a resident of San Diego for nearly 40 years. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) in 2002, and later her Medical Degree from UCSD’s School of Medicine in 2008. After completing her four-year residency, Dr. Holden finished the UCSD Emergency Medicine Residency Program in 2012, where she served as Chief Resident and worked as a flight physician for Mercy Air.
Inspired to explore the field of medical aesthetics, Dr. Holden pursued advanced training and earned a Master Injector Certificate at the prestigious Allergan Master Course. She further demonstrated her expertise by achieving board certification in aesthetic medicine from the American Academy of Procedural Medicine.
In 2017, Dr. Holden founded Holden Timeless Beauty (HTB) while continuing her role as a staff physician at Palomar Hospital. Since 2020, she has dedicated herself to the growth and expansion of HTB as its CEO and Medical Director. Dr. Holden is highly skilled in both trauma care and aesthetic medicine, adeptly balancing her expertise in emergency medicine with her passion for aesthetic enhancement. She has also emerged as a key opinion leader in the medical aesthetics industry, speaking and training nationally. Her interests extend to business development, social media, and marketing, where she has made significant contributions.
In addition to her professional achievements, Dr. Holden is a Clinical Faculty Advisor for the Aesthetics Industry Association and serves as a Director on the Scientific Advisory Board for the Aesthetics and Anti-Aging Medicine World Congress. She is deeply committed to advancing education and fostering innovation in the field of aesthetic medicine. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Holden is happily married with three children. She enjoys exploring new cities with her family and attending sporting events.
